The following week, Thomas and Mommy spent the week in Ohio while Mommy worked. On Saturday 9/19, Grandma Clark, Great Grandma Thomas, and Great Aunt Pam brought Mommy and Thomas back up to Michigan. Thomas enjoyed his time in Ohio but was happy to be home. Daddy was happy to have the family home as well.
Thomas is rolling over at will now, and rolling over in both directions. While he hasn't quite mastered going from his belly to his back, he rolls from his back to his stomach quite easily. He continues to grow at a rapid, healthy rate. He was weighed at the doctor on Monday, and weighed in at 16lbs, 5oz, which now puts him over Eddie George in weight. He's eating around 36oz of milk a day, and a little bit of baby cereal with his bottle at night.
He's been very 'talkative'. The girls at his daycare say he is the most 'talkative' baby they've ever had at that age. Grandma Clark had him laughing a few times last week, and Daddy got him laughing for a few seconds the other day. That was awesome!
Thomas had his first cold this past week. Nothing serious, but he had the sniffles and runny nose for about a week. He's also been bothered by his gums, as we think he is starting to get in his teeth. We haven't seen any yet, but we think we'll start to see something soon.
