First Thanksgiving - 2009

*Thomas enjoyed his first Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 26th. Mommy and Daddy both had most of the weekend off, and Grandpa and Grandma Harp came up to see Thomas on Thursday and Friday. Mommy made a turkey breast and some sides. Grandma Harp provided several sides and a delicious pumpkin pie. Thomas enjoyed several bottles of milk AND some squash, as well as a few spoonfuls of mashed potatoes. We all had fun hanging out, visiting, and watching football.

*Thomas is pretty much doing everything but crawling. He spins around, turns over in all different directions, moves his legs, and holds himself up by his arms. He just can't quite figure out how to move his legs and hold himself up at the same time. We are on the brink of greatness...

*As mentioned above, Thomas is now eating baby food a few times a day. He is eating cereal in the morning, a light lunch, and then between a half and a full jar of baby food in the evenings for dinner. Between all of this, he's downing 4 bottles of milk a day.

*We are also doing very well with sleeping. Thomas typically calls it a night around 7:30-8pm, and has been sleeping through the night until around 6-6:30am the next morning. Every once in a while he will wake up and cry, but always goes right back to sleep shortly after. He is a great baby!!!
