An Early Christmas

*As November rolled into December, Thomas was lucky enough to enjoy an early Christmas in Ohio. On Friday, the Thomas headed south once again to spend some time with both sets of Grandparents. He stayed with the Harps on Friday night. On Saturday he spent some time with the Clarks while Mom and Dad enjoyed a night out in Columbus. However, on the way from Yellowbud to Columbus, he got to visit Santa Claus for the first time. It didn't go so well, as the frowns and tears quickly appeared in response to the stranger in the funny red suit. Maybe next year...

*On Sunday, Thomas celebrated his first Christmas with the Harp family. He had a lot of fun opening presents and hanging out with the other grandchilden.

*Thomas still does well in the car, eating and sleeping the entire way on his long trips. He is not crawling yet, but can hold himself up simultaneously on his knees and his arms...he just hasn't gone anywhere yet. He has enjoyed looking at the family Christmas tree and swatting at the presents, but hasn't quite grasp the concept of opening the surprises yet. Mom and Dad are looking forward to celebrating Thomas's first Christmas.
