Thomas has had a busy January marked with a few key milestones, each seemingly one right after another. He is technically still performing a military-type crawl, but has become quite good at it (see video below). Mommy and Daddy have been forced to start 'baby-proofing' the house and must keep one eye on Thomas at all times. He is also able to get get up on his hands and knees with ease, but just rocks back and forth without going anywhere.
Thomas has also become good at getting up on his knees and up on his feet, which he's done a few times. He's able to work himself up on his knees quite easily, and on a few occasions he's pulled himself up on his feet when he's near something that he can hold onto. Whenever he performs either of these feats, he lets out a squeal to let everyone take notice of his accomplishment.
From Jan 4th - Jan 8th, Thomas spent some time in the hospital with RSV. After coming home from the hospital, Grandma Clark came up for the week to help Thomas get better, which included administering breathing treatments every few hours. Thankfully everything is fine now and he is feeling much better. Even though Thomas was trying to get over being sick, it was fun spending the week with Grandma Clark. The whole family is thankful for her being able to come up and help out.
