September/October 2011

Football and Fun highlight the end of the summer and the beginning of autumn in Michigan. Thomas and Lance love wearing their OSU shirts, pants, and hats. Thomas loves running around the house and outside with his footballs, yelling GO BUCKS and OHIO STATE! Grandpa Clark insists that his Grandboys are Steelers fans, but we all know that they root for the Bears!

Lance continues to set land-speed records with his crawling. He's now pulling himself up with ease and walking around furniture and toys. He still has his 8 teeth, although more seem to be trying to break through. He still loves to eat, and when he's done, he loves to throw the remaining food on the floor for Eddie to clean up. They make a good team.

October brought cooler but comfortable temperatures to Michigan. We took the boys to their first football game along with Pap and Grandma Judy. Even though the Lions lost, everyone had a great time! For Halloween, the boys carved their first pumpkins this year (with Mommy and Daddy's help) and enjoyed trick or treating with their friend Addy from across the street. The boys even won a dress-up contest in Milford's holiday party!
