The winter of 2012 was a mild one. We had very little snow after December, and temperatures were unseasonably mild. Still, it was hard to get outside in the cold, so the boys enjoyed playing in their "Jumpy House" in the basement, learning letters, numbers, and colors with flashcards, and playing with their trains and other Christmas gifts.
Lance is communicating more and more. He knows several words and speaks a few of them. He does his best to keep up with his older brother, and Thomas does his best to tolerate his younger brother. They actually get along very well 90% of the time.
The boys stay at home with their nanny Jordan and her son Andrew during the days when Daddy and Mommy go to work. They enjoy being home, taking naps in their own bed, and playing with their own toys.
