The 17th of the month meant that Lance turned 18 months. Lance's statistics were Height 33.5" (84%ile) and Weight 24lbs/13oz (49%ile). This is 1/4" taller than Thomas and 1.5lbs less than Thomas was at 1.5 years. Lance is a healthy/happy boy and we are very lucky parents.
May 24th, of course, brought the celebration of Thomas's third birthday. Once again, we had friends and family up for the Memorial Day weekend to celebrate. The weather was perfect and we had a great turnout, including all grandparents, most aunts and uncles, and several friends and neighbors. As usual, Kendi made an awesome cake, this year a pirate ship.
Thomas's big gift was a bike from Mommy and Daddy. Now he can ride his bike and enjoy time in the awesome Michigan spring and summer weather, just like Daddy does.
